Q: How will you collect my dog?

A: I can securely hold a key for your home to gain access at an agreed time. I respect your privacy and will never enter any out of bounds areas.


Q: What do I need to provide for my dog for walking?

A: Just their lead. I have supplies of poo bags, balls and treats!


Q: How can I pay?

A: I accept cash, cheque or bank transfer and will invoice you prior to service starting. If booking 14 days before service is to start, full payment is required.


Q: What if I need to cancel?

A: If you cancel 14 days before the service start date, a full refund will be given. After 14 days 50% of your fee will be refunded.


Q: Where will my  dog sleep?

A: Your dog will sleep downstairs in my lounge with access to water. I ask that you bring your dogs own bed for familiarity. However I do have spares should you forget.
